1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tuvybe. By creating or using an account, purchasing Coins, using paid digital interactions, using an administratively provisioned Host or Guardian account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You must provide truthful account information and must not use Tuvybe where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Tuvybe may require age, identity or eligibility verification for particular roles, transactions or safety purposes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, devices and sign-in credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Do not sell, transfer, rent or share account access in a way that compromises security or misrepresents who is using the account.
Tuvybe may revoke device sessions, require renewed policy acceptance or restrict account capabilities where reasonably necessary for security, compliance or enforcement.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, impersonate, spam or deliberately deceive others; publish unlawful or non-consensual material; attempt to involve minors in the service; evade safety controls; interfere with the platform; or use Tuvybe to arrange illegal activity.
Blocking another user creates a mutual interaction boundary for supported features. Attempts to bypass a block, suspension, ban or other restriction may result in further enforcement.
5. Hosts & Guardians
Public account registration is available to Members only. Host and Guardian accounts are provisioned through Tuvybe’s controlled onboarding processes: Administrators may create Hosts and Guardians, and approved Guardians may onboard Hosts. These accounts can require email activation, identity verification and administrative approval before privileged capabilities are enabled.
Approval can be suspended or revoked where eligibility, safety, fraud, verification or policy requirements are no longer met. Host or Guardian status does not, by itself, create an employment, partnership or agency relationship; additional commercial terms may apply to approved participants.
6. Coins & virtual items
Coins are virtual credits used for eligible digital features on Tuvybe, including supported paid interactions and virtual gifts. Coins are not a bank deposit, investment account, cryptocurrency or stored cash balance and cannot be withdrawn by ordinary users unless Tuvybe expressly provides a lawful redemption mechanism.
Virtual gifts are digital expressions within the service. Buying or sending a gift does not purchase ownership of another user, guarantee a response or create a right to any offline service.
7. Paid digital interactions
Some messages, voice calls, video calls or other digital interactions may require Coins. Where supported, Tuvybe presents a quote or applicable price before charging. Charges are posted by server-controlled transaction records and may be reversed where an authorised refund, failure or fraud-control process applies.
Tuvybe Coins and paid interaction features pay for platform-based digital functionality. They do not purchase or guarantee an in-person meeting, relationship, companionship arrangement, sexual service or other offline outcome.
8. Purchases, payment providers & refunds
Purchases may be processed by Tuvybe or an authorised payment provider. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use and provide accurate payment information. Provider terms may also apply.
Except where a refund is required by law, an applicable app-store rule, payment-provider rule, or Tuvybe's authorised reversal process, completed consumption of digital Coins or interactions may be non-refundable. Duplicate, failed, reversed, fraudulent or disputed transactions may be investigated and adjusted.
9. Host earnings & Guardian commissions
Eligible Host earnings and Guardian commissions are separate from a user's Coin balance. Rates, eligibility, withdrawal methods, minimums, maximums, fees, holds and verification requirements may be configured by Tuvybe and can differ by supported activity or payout method.
Earnings or commissions may be reserved, held, reversed or adjusted where required for refunds, chargebacks, fraud controls, policy enforcement, accounting corrections or legal compliance. Taxes and reporting obligations may apply to recipients depending on their location and circumstances.
10. Your content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you upload. You grant Tuvybe a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, reproduce and technically adapt that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to comply with your privacy choices and applicable law.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary for anything you upload and must respect other people's privacy, intellectual property and image rights.
11. Safety, moderation & enforcement
Tuvybe may investigate reports, preserve moderation evidence, issue warnings, restrict discovery, messaging, earnings or withdrawals, suspend accounts or ban accounts. Some temporary restrictions may expire automatically; serious or repeated violations may result in longer or permanent action.
Tuvybe may use automated or rules-based controls to detect fraud, abuse, suspicious transactions or contact-sharing patterns, with administrative review where appropriate.
12. Third-party services
Tuvybe relies on third-party infrastructure for functions such as authentication, cloud services, communications and payments. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Tuvybe is not responsible for third-party services outside the scope of our control.
13. Suspension, termination & account deletion
You may request account deletion through the current in-app Delete Account flow. The request immediately deactivates the account and invalidates active Tuvybe sessions. See Account Deletion for details.
Tuvybe may restrict, suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, legal requirements, security reasons or prolonged inability to provide the service. Certain transaction, safety and legal records may survive account closure where reasonably necessary.
14. Service disclaimers
Tuvybe provides tools for adults to discover and communicate with other users. We do not guarantee that any user will respond, that profile information will always be accurate, that a relationship will form, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Verification reduces some risks but does not guarantee a person's intentions or future conduct.
Use reasonable care when communicating online or meeting anyone offline. See the Safety Centre.
15. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tuvybe is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the service, interactions between users, or third-party conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to the service or Terms
We may change features, pricing structures, eligibility requirements or these Terms. Material policy changes may require renewed acceptance through the service. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Applicable law & disputes
Mandatory consumer, privacy and other protections that apply to you remain effective. Any governing-law, venue, complaint or dispute-resolution requirements published by the Tuvybe operating entity or required by applicable law will apply to the extent enforceable.
Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact Tuvybe so that account, payment or service disputes can first be reviewed through the appropriate support process.
