1. Community principles
Tuvybe is built for adults to discover, communicate and express interest without coercion or abuse. Be honest about who you are, respect boundaries, communicate clearly, and treat other users as people—not transactions or targets.
2. Minors, exploitation & trafficking
Tuvybe is strictly 18+. Content or conduct involving sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, coercion, forced labour or facilitation of exploitation is prohibited. Do not create an account for a minor, pretend to be a minor, or knowingly interact with an underage person through the service.
Where appropriate, Tuvybe may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful safety or law-enforcement requests.
3. Consent, intimate content & sexual safety
Do not pressure, threaten, blackmail or manipulate another person into sexual conversation, images, calls or offline activity. Do not share intimate images of someone without their clear permission. Respect “no,” blocking, silence and changed boundaries.
Tuvybe's digital paid features do not purchase consent, attention, physical contact or sexual activity.
4. Harassment, hate, threats & violence
Do not stalk, bully, repeatedly contact someone who has rejected or blocked you, threaten violence, promote hatred against protected groups, glorify serious violence, or encourage self-harm. Credible threats or urgent safety concerns may lead to immediate restriction.
5. Authenticity, impersonation & deception
Do not impersonate another person or organisation, use another person's images without permission, fabricate verification, misrepresent your age, or create deceptive accounts intended to manipulate or defraud others.
6. Scams, fraud & financial abuse
Do not use Tuvybe for advance-fee scams, investment scams, phishing, money laundering, stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, payment diversion or manipulation of Coins, earnings, commissions or withdrawals.
Never ask another user for passwords, OTP codes, payment PINs or remote access to their device.
7. Privacy & contact information
Respect other people's private information. Do not publish addresses, identity numbers, private phone numbers, financial information or other sensitive data without permission. Tuvybe may warn about or restrict sharing of contact information in supported conversations as part of platform safety controls.
8. Illegal, harmful or rights-violating content
Do not upload content that is unlawful, stolen, malicious, non-consensual, sexually exploitative, defamatory, designed to facilitate serious wrongdoing, or that infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
9. Spam & platform abuse
Do not scrape profiles, automate mass messaging, manipulate recommendations, probe security controls, distribute malware, sell account access, evade enforcement, or use multiple accounts to bypass a restriction.
10. Meeting offline
If you choose to meet someone, use your own judgment. Meet in a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going, keep control of your transport, avoid sharing sensitive financial information, and leave if you feel unsafe.
11. Reporting & blocking
Use Tuvybe's report and block tools when another user violates these Guidelines or makes you feel unsafe. Blocking is enforced as a mutual interaction boundary across supported features. Reports are reviewed as moderation cases and may preserve evidence needed for investigation.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or another appropriate local authority rather than relying only on an in-app report.
12. Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, Tuvybe may warn a user, restrict discovery or messaging, restrict earnings or withdrawals, suspend an account, ban an account, reverse fraudulent value, or take other proportionate steps. Serious conduct may result in immediate action without a prior warning.
