Privacy requests you can make
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to ask Tuvybe to:
- confirm whether personal data about you is being processed;
- provide access to or a copy of personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete personal data;
- restrict certain processing;
- object to certain processing;
- provide portable data in a commonly used format where applicable; or
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@tuvybe.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include your Tuvybe username/account email, the country you are located in, the right you want to exercise and enough detail to identify the relevant data or processing.
Do not attach identity documents unless Tuvybe specifically asks you to use an approved secure verification method.
Identity verification
To protect account data, Tuvybe may ask you to verify that you control the relevant account or otherwise confirm identity before disclosing or deleting personal data. Verification should be proportionate to the sensitivity of the request.
How requests are handled
Tuvybe will assess the request under the law that applies, search relevant systems, identify any lawful retention obligations, and respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex or unusually broad requests may require clarification or an extension where the law permits it.
Limits & exceptions
Some information may be exempt from disclosure or deletion, including information that must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, payment records, disputes, safety investigations, legal claims or the rights of other people. Where appropriate, Tuvybe may provide an explanation for a refusal or limitation.
Account deletion versus a privacy request
If your immediate goal is to stop using Tuvybe, use the Account Deletion flow. If you also want to exercise a broader privacy right, submit a privacy request separately so the specific request can be tracked and assessed.
